Thank you Jonas for your reply.
I hold 7840 shares in this OTC stk .
If it is due to low volume traded,
will it better that I execute example 4000 shares 1st than the balance at another round?

Hi Lim,
If you're worried about high-frequency trading in your OTC stock, don't be -- like the article says, HFTs avoid small-caps. That said, it is often possible that even though an OTC stock hits the price level to trigger your limit order, there just isn't enough volume to complete a trade. If you placed an order online, calling your broker to execute won't change the effectiveness of your order, though an experienced broker might be able to give you some guidance about whether a trade will execute at a certain level. Remember, though ordering through a broker often involves much higher commissions...

There's really no telling why your order didn't execute, but if you are concerned that there's a problem, you can just call your broker and ask them what's going on.

Cheers,
Jonas

I suspect there is insider trading for an OTC stock I brought recently. It never get executed online eventhough it has hit the price range.
Now,the price has gone futher down. What will be the solution to this kind of scenerio?
Is calling a broker to execute for me be guranteed?
