I was able to come across an article about a company doing exactly what your saying in this report. I can not find the article since moving my office from one room of our home to another, so I'm hoping that maybe what you have is the same company. In the article that I read in a newspaper said the company was going to build a Nuclear Fuel reprossessing plant near Idaho Falls, Idaho, which is near the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory on the Arco desert. I Use to live in the area and have driven pass the INEL (but I beleive now it's the INEEL) , many times.
